Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management & Development Studies, Lucknow (LBSIMDS) organized an Annual Fest ‘Rockers – 2K10 on 26th February, 2010 at Gandhi Bhawan Auditorium, Lucknow. The program comprised of Solo Song Dance, Group Song Dance competitions in which the students of MBA, MCA, PGDCA, PGDMSM & PGDAPR participated with full zeal and enthusiasm.

On this occasion, Director of the Institute, Prof. Sunil Kumar said, “this event is organized by the Institute every year to provide an exclusive platform to the students to showcase their talents in extra-curricular activities. Throughout the year, the students are with their academic, tests, exams and other co-curricular activities. This event gives a much needed break to the students from their routine and provides them an opportunity to bring out the artist in them. It also inculcates in them a spirit of healthy competition and team work.

In this program, Mansi & Reema performed dance on bollywood song “Barso Re Megha-Megha”, Supriya & Rashmi performed dance on “Mera Piya Ghar Aaya”, Prabbhash & Manish performed a song “Give Me Some Sunshine, Give Me Some Rain” and Amitraj & Divya performed a song “Bin Tere Sanam”.

The program was anchored by Nikhil, Namrta, Shashank, Shivani, Pankaj, Sudhir, Vikas, Mansi, Jitin, Dheeraj, etc.
