Karamat Husian Muslim Girl’s Inter College and Karamat Public School organized its Annual Sports Day at the college Sports ground on 25th February, 2010. The salute was taken by the Chief Guest, honorable Shri Sanjay Saraswat, Director, Sports Authority of India, N.S. Sub Centre, Lucknow. The function was presided by the Manager, Syed Shuaib Ahmad. The Principal Mrs. Nasreen Ahmad, Convener Mrs. Shaheen Imran welcomed the guests. The other guests of honor were Mr. G.S.Tiwana, Mr.Sayyed Ali, Olympian, Mr.Saini, Mr. Rashid Khan, Mr. Mohd Raza.
The chief guest declared the meet open, with house colored balloons. Girls participated in March Past, P.T. Drill, Relays, Tug of War, to name a few.
The highlight of the event were the house songs, echoing the sentiments of the students, full of vigor and enthusiasm followed by cultural program by the four houses. Students who excelled in sports and academics were awarded medals, shields and prizes. The best athlete of the year was awarded to Qaiyma Hasan of VIII-A.
The meritorious students of class XII and X were also awarded. The Khuddam House won the Championship Trophy.
