Shri Ramswaroop Memorial College of Engineering and Management, Lucknow celebrated its 9th All India Annual Fest Abhivyakti 2010, sponsored by Hero Honda. The third day of the fest kick-started with some brain storming, as the GK Quiz was organized by the Literary Cell in which Rishendra emerged as the winner. The students of PGDM performed a skit followed by a soul-stirring presentation from the Spiritual Club. Ranjeet Ravat performed the famous “MOON DANCE” as a humble tribute to late sensation Michael Jackson. The dance cell, STEP presented rocking shows like Music Masti, Depict a Story. The atmosphere was electrifying as the fashion show “Ritumbhara” was in full sway. Shreya, looking stunning in a long white dress was the show stopper. YUVA, the college band gave a high voltage performance, leaving the audience asking for more. The dramatic society DRACULA presented spoof competition, phuljhadi and D-Independence workshop that left the spectators spell-bound. Priya from ICCMRT College and Pooja bagged first prize in the Mono Acting event.
Among the off-stage events, the main attraction was RJ Hunt organized by the Literary Club. RJ Abhishek from Radio Mirchi was the judge. Rangoli and Painting by the Fine Arts cell, Kabbadi, Couple Race, Pick a Coin and Hurdles were other spectacular events. The Handicrafts cell organized card making and matka decoration. The Tabula Rasa cell organized Mock Stock and Mapping Minds. Rishabh, Suyash and Ishaan emerged as the winners of Tug of War and the Faculty Musical Chair was won by respected Pankaj Sir, Executive Director and Alok Sir of C.S. Department came second.
Media Co-coordinator Rishi Gupta, Saurabh Srivastava and Prashant Agarwal informed that on the third day of Abhivyakti 2010 main attraction of the event was“Mr. and Ms. ABHIVYAKTI”, organized by the VANITY Cell.
The atmosphere was high on octane as the students thoroughly enjoyed all the performances and events.
